God goes before us.
The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you or forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. - Deuteronomy 31:8
God stands behind us (or supports us).
The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand. - Psalm 37:23-24
God is always with us.
and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. - Matthew 28:20
Yet I am always with you; you hold me by my right hand. - Psalm 73:23
God reigns forever.
God reigns over the nations; God is seated on his holy throne. - Psalm 47:8
The Lord reigns forever, your God, O Zion, for all generations. Praise the Lord. - Psalm 146:10
God commands armies of angels.
"Do you think I cannot call on my Father, and he will at once put at my disposal more than twelve legions of angels?" - Matthew 26:53
For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways. - Psalm 91:11
So, why be afraid?
