If you remember, the point of the declarations was: "The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit" (Proverbs 18:21). So, we have to be careful of our words, and speak only ones that bring life.
Declaration 1 : I declare God's incredible blessings over my life.
If we follow, worship, and obey God, He will bless us. It may not always be in ways we expect, or imagine, but it will always be exactly what we need. Remember, God sees the big picture, and He knows what's best for us.
That doesn't mean we will never go through trials, or that we will never suffer. In fact, in the Bible, some of God's greatest blessings come after great suffering. Just read the book of Job.
Proverbs 10:6 - Blessings crown the head of the righteous, but violence overwhelms the mouth of the wicked.
Ephesians 1:3 - Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.
Declare first that you will serve God; follow through on this promise. Then, make the first declaration. Speak these things aloud so that it will travel from your lips to God's ear.
