Today I am thankful that we don't have to stay the way we were. I am thankful that God gives us a choice, and a way out of the sin that had sucked us in. I am thankful for the change that occurs once we give our lives to God, and the chance to change our lives through Jesus Christ.
I'm thankful that God loves us enough to pull us out of the muck when we sincerely ask, and that even if we slip up, He is willing to forgive us when we're sorry.
That's what I'm thankful for today. I'm thankful that we have a chance, and that we don't have to live the way we did before God found us.
