Tis the Season

Hello everyone!

'Tis the season for goodwill, cheer, and celebrating Jesus. Or it was a couple days ago. I was super busy and missed the Christmas post, but that's okay.

Celebration of Jesus never really ends, does it? I hope you'll continue to celebrate Him with me in the new year.

And on that note, I just wanted to take time to tell you something I'm planning for next year.

I'm going to be doing the "Read Through the Bible in a Year" challenge. I'm also going to be posting my reading and my thoughts on my reading every day on here.

Woohoo!

I'm excited about this! No. Really. I'm excited. But I'm also nervous. Doing a blog post every day for a year is absolutely daunting. What if I miss a day? What if I read my Bible and I have nothing to say? No thoughts? No input? No questions? (Okay, that's not likely but you see where I'm going with this.)

It doesn't mean that I won't post other things. There could be days when I do two blog posts. Or I could just include some other things in the daily post. We'll have to see how that goes.

Anyway, I just wanted to give you a quick update on what I have planned for the new year.

I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas, filled with cheer, family, friends, good food, and some nice gifts, remembering, of course, that God already gave us the best gift of all: His Son, Jesus.

I hope you all have an absolutely fabulous New Year.

I'll see you in 2018!
