Plan for Good

Proverbs 14:22 - Do not those who plot evil go astray? But those who plan what is good find love and faithfulness.


"Those who plan what is good find love and faithfulness."

If we plan our lives in a way that focuses on the good, that focuses on God, then we will not be led astray. We will find God's love, and His faithfulness and we will be blessed.

But "those who plot evil go astray."

If we let evil into our lives, even something that seems insignificant, we can be susceptible to its influence. Then, we too could be led astray.

I'm not really sure that's what that part means though. The first time I read this verse, I thought "Those who plot evil will be led away from God's influence." That's very sad.

I confess, it was really hard to find something to say about this verse, and I really don't have a lot to say about it, but I just really wanted to share this Proverb.
